I wrote The Myth of the American Dream in the throes of Donald Trump’s 2016 election. Now seven years later, I reflect on how much I have changed since the years in which I wrote this book—including being diagnosed autistic and leaning I have ethical OCD, or moral scrupulosity. Also, I am no longer a Christian! But if you are and you care about saving the future of our planet and the human race I very much think we are on the same team.

If you read my book and liked it (and also if you didn’t!) this serves as a sort of last and final chapter to my attempt to make sense of being born and indoctrinated into white evangelical fascism.
